Toshi Yanagi, started as violinist,as the heir of one the greatest Japanese music families. He moved to the US in the late 80’s, to complete his guitar studies at the famous Musicians Institute of Hollywood .
Since then ,he collected an incredible number of collaborations, both live and in studio,with the who’s who of the music business:
Taylor Dane,Tony Braxton,Quincy Jones,James Brown,Men at Work, La Ley and many,many more.
He’s been house guitarist for a wide array of TV Shows:
Vibe,Martin Short Show,The Wayne Brady Show and is currently the in-house guitarist for the smash Hit ABC TV Show Jimmy Kimmel Live.
